Called out to Borough Green for a customer without power to their Water cylinder. Customer had used a timer plug adaptor to plug in their immersion heater. This led to the socket burning out due to the amount of load being pulled by the immersion for long periods of time.
We fixed this issue by installing a fused spur timer. Allowing for a much safer installation. We also installed a single socket so that their small shower pump could still be run.
